I had the pleasure of working with him at William Hill, where - ahead of the Euros - he was tasked with resolving critical issues across our web & app market templates. Through a strong collaborative effort, the updates were delivered in time for the tournament & drove a clear uplift in customer engagement & revenue.

Anthony is a creative, diligent designer who consistently showed up as an engaged contributor in our design thinking sessions. He took initiative in conducting his own user testing & played a valuable role in the remote testing programme I was running.

By coincidence, Anthony was at IBM iX during the period I was placed with IBM in Ireland, & he remained a strong communicator throughout. We later worked in parallel again at BT Group, where he served as a Product Design Specialist for the EE brand.
